ITINERARY:

 

Day 1 :

• Arriving at Soekarno Hatta airport.

• Visiting Monas and Taman Mini

• Stay overnight at Alila Hotel Jakarta.

 

Day 2 :

• Departing to Bandung using Argo Parahyangan express train , departing at 08.30 arriving in Bandung at 11.35

• Visiting tourist objects around Bandung such as Tangkuban Perahu, and Saung Angklung Udjo.

• Stay overnight in Bandung.

 

Day 3:

• Visiting Kawah Putih volcanic crater.

• Free night tour around Bandung.

• Stay overnight at Bandung.

 

Day 4:

• Heading to Yogyakarta with Argo Wilis express train, departing at 08.30 arriving in Yogyakarta at 15.53

• Visiting Keraton Royal Palace.

• Free city tour.

Day 5:

• Traveling to Solo.

• Visiting Prambanan temple.

• Arriving at Solo, visit tourist objects in Solo, such as Tasikmadu sugar factory*, Klewer market, and et cetera.

Day 6:

• Depating to Surabaya with Sancaka express train, departing 07.50 arriving in Surabaya Gubeng at 11.36

Day 7:

Day 8:

• Visiting Ambarawa Railway museum** .

• Exploring Lawang Sewu building and Semarang old town

Day 9:

• Departing to Jakarta with Argo Bromo Anggrek daylight express train at 11.44 arriving in Jakarta Gambir at 17.15

• Free city tour around Jakarta.

Day 10:

• Returning back to your respective country from Soekarno Hatta airport.

PRICE EXCLUDES:

 

• Airplane fee or any administration fees incurred in your respective countries

• Personal fee (minibar, laundry, outgoing phone call, porter, etc)

• Taxi fee (for whoever wished to rent one during free time).

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

• The ideal minimum numbers of participants required for this tour package are 20 pax.

• If the number of participans below 20, the minimum allowable number of participants will be 10. And the fare for individual participants will be $ 1,455.

• *The steam train tour in Sondokoro-Tasikmadu will not be run if the number of participants below 20. But this can be compensated if the visit took place on Sunday.

• **The steam train tour in Ambarawa will not be run if the number of participants below 20. If the number of participants below 20, the itinerary will be changed into a visit Lawang Sewu building (a former headquarter of the first ever railway company in Indonesia/Dutch East Indies) as a compensation.

• The fare may change, subject to the availability of rooms or train tickets.

• Surcharge will be applied during holiday eve season.

• The major holiday eve season in Indonesia for the remainder of 2014 are: Eidul Fitri holiday season which will take place roughly between 22 July until 2 August 2014, and Christmas-New Year eve which will take place between 25 December until 1 January. • Please make the confirmation of the tour package 75 days (two and a half months) before the commencement of the tour.

• Advance payment, amounted 25% of the total fee will be needed once the confirmation is made to secure the train tickets and to book hotel rooms. This should be paid as late as two months prior to the commencement of the journey.

• Please complete the payment as late as three weeks before the commencement of the tour.
